We are thrilled to announce that we are one of the first companies in Europe to be accredited with the FTAI „Green“ Gold TruckSafe Standard. This award is in recognition of ATC’s efforts to prioritise our policy of reducing our carbon emissions within our transport fleet and our commitment to this goal.
Reducing Our Carbon Footprint
In a recent blog we wrote on the 5 Trends To Be Aware of in Logistics and Supply Chain for 2021, we spoke about how sustainability is front and centre for our industry with Ashurst.com commenting that “the drive towards net-zero will play a significant role in future logistics both in the construction of warehouses and for operators”.
ATC view reducing our carbon footprint as paramount to the sustainability of our operations. This goal is driven from the top-down, championed by our Co-Managing Directors and implemented from our fleet management right through to our highly professional and experienced drivers.
We embrace our social responsibility concerning carbon footprint reduction by continuously assessing our operational and Fleet assets. We follow this methodology through with our network partners across Europe by carrying out ongoing assessments to ensure end-to-end continuity within our services is maintained to our standards.
Alignment with Our Clients Environmental Policies
ATC strive to deliver „Green“ services to our clients. Along with our internal policies, we are decisively fully aligned with our customers‘ carbon emission reduction strategies and learn from their approach.
We believe carbon reduction across all industries is a must if supply chains and logistics flows are to remain sustainable.
Our Job is Not Done
Our teams across all levels of our organisation will continue to push forward in our quest to lower carbon emissions. We will unceasingly advocate for „Greener“ opportunities and advancements within our industry.
