The Managing Directors and the Head of Sustainabilty are tasked with setting the direction for our sustainability agenda. In collaboration with the Executive Board, they shape our strategy and set targets.
The Sustainability Committee supports the Board by overseeing regulatory requirements, corporate reporting, and risk and control frameworks, ensuring compliance across our business operations.
This Board facilitates materiality analysis, sets the direction for our sustainability activities, and determines and monitors the performance of our targets.
