ATC can manage the removal of data from the servers through our audited data scrubbing service, ensuring no residual of your data is left to be exposed.

Certified Disposal of Hardware

Once the equipment is thoroughly sanitised, ATC will undergo the recycling process and issue a certificate of destruction to you for reference.

ATC’s Decommissioning Process

Step 1

Meet with Client

ATC meet with the client to establish the specific requirements for the decommissioning service.

Step 2

Route Planning

ATC return to the client with a staged plan outlining the actions to be undertaken, the list of stakeholders involved, permissions to be gained and any other required information based on discussions in Step 1.

Step 3

Rack Removal

ATC prepare and remove the racks safely from the data centre.

Step 4

Secure Transport

ATC securely transport the End of Life (EOL) equipment to the appointed location.

Step 5

Data Removal

ATC undertake a data scrub to ensure all data is securely removed from equipment.

Step 6

Equipment Recycling

ATC takes the equipment through the recycling phase of this process and issues the client with a certificate of destruction.
