ATC’s White Glove Delivery Process
Step 1: Consultation
Our team hold a consultation with the client to understand the project scope and complete SLA.
Step 2: Site Survey
We deploy our site survey expert to the customer site to evaluate all areas where the delivery will take place on site to ascertain what equipment, truck types etc. will be required. No two sites are the same.
Step 3: Planning Meeting
Once the site survey is complete, our Team Leader hosts a planning meeting to run through what is required for the project and inform the client of timelines and requirements on their side to ensure a successful deployment.
Step 4: Pre-Check
72-48 hours prior to the delivery taking place, the team will gather again and the team leader will contact the client to ensure that all requirements are in place in advance of the delivery, such as, security clearance.
Step 5: Delivery
Our team arrive in advance of the delivery time and undergo a "Pre-Talk" dividing up the team into their respective roles so that they are ready for the final delivery fulfilment stage. Once on site, our planning office get a message to say that the team are on-site and this is reported back to the client to keep them fully informed on the status of their equipment.
“We earn our customers’ trust by getting the job done to the highest standards of safety, security, and reliability — every time. We value our client relationships, and it is critical to us every one of our customers is satisfied with the service we provide.”
