Our Integrity
At ATC, we maintain strong policies and checks that clearly define our expectations for ethical business conduct and compliance, both for our organization and our business partners. We adhere to all relevant laws and regulations in the countries where we operate, including the UK Bribery Act and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Supplier Code of Conduct
We require our suppliers to uphold the high ethical standards detailed in the ATC Supplier Code of Conduct. To facilitate this, we focus on developing strong relationships and fostering open and transparent communication. Additionally, to minimize business and compliance risks, we have established a comprehensive framework for the management, onboarding, and screening of our suppliers.
Transparency within ATC
To ensure a strong compliance culture, and nurture transparency ATC has implemented a number of system that allows employees and external parties to report potential misconduct confidentially through an independent provider.
This enables individuals to report breaches of the Code of Conduct and other inappropriate behaviours anonymously, if desired, with protection from retaliation.
While ATC encourages using its internal system, external reporting channels to local authorities are also available.
Data Ethics
Safeguarding all data and information is crucial. We are committed to managing data ethically and securely, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations concerning data usage, storage, and processing. We ensure that all necessary safeguards are in place to maintain data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. This commitment applies to both our own data and the information of our customers.
“We earn our customers’ trust by getting the job done to the highest standards of safety, security, and reliability — every time. We value our client relationships, and it is critical to us every one of our customers is satisfied with the service we provide.”
